新疆高素质农民培育模式满意度调查——以“农民田间学校”为例 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国农村劳动力大量流失问题日益突出,为保证农业发展后继有人,人才振兴是关键,因此,为农村培养一支有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理的高素质农民队伍,是推进农业农村可持续发展的重要途径。该文基于人力资本理论和终身教育理论,构建4个一级指标、12个二级指标的高素质农民培育模式满意度评价体系。采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对昌吉市高素质农民“农民田间学校”培育模式的满意度进行分析,结果显示该培育模式综合满意度得分为4.040。其次,运用多元logistic模型对“农民田间学校”培育模式满意度的影响因素做进一步分析,结果显示在培育主体中师资质量、政策扶持和课时安排均呈显著正相关,培育内容的适用性高、灵活的培育方式、所学技能带来的增产增收和完善的课后跟踪机制,都会提升农民参与培育的满意度。 In recent years,the problem of massive loss of rural labor force in China has become increasingly prominent.In order to ensure successors in agricultural development,the revitalization of talents is the key.Therefore,to cultivate a team of high-quality farmers with culture,technology,management and management in rural areas is an important way to promote the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the theory of human capital and lifelong education,this paper constructs a satisfaction evaluation system of high-quality farmer cultivation model with 4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to analyze the satisfaction of the cultivation model of high-quality farmers in Changji.The results show that the comprehensive satisfaction score of the cultivation model is 4.040.Secondly,the multivariate logistic model is used to further analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the training model of"Farmers'Field School".The results show that there is a significant positive correlation among the quality of teachers,policy support and class arrangement in the main body of cultivation.The high applicability of cultivation content,flexible cultivation methods,increased production and income brought by learned skills and perfect after-school tracking mechanism will improve farmers'satisfaction of participating in cultivation.
