摘要 特殊教育教师辅助技术素养关系到教育教学效果。调查发现,特殊教育教师辅助技术素养水平不高,特殊教育教师的性别和年龄与特殊教育教师辅助技术素养不存在显著性差异,特殊教育教师的教龄、学历和辅助技术培训经验有无与特殊教育教师辅助技术素养存在显著性差异。提高特殊教育教师的辅助技术素养,要采取增加新入职特殊教育教师辅助技术培训机会、培养高校特殊教育专业学生辅助技术素养、加强辅助器具中心与特殊教育学校的合作、制定我国特殊教育教师辅助技术素养标准等策略。 In order to explore the status quo of special education teachers’assistive technology literacy and the factors affecting special education teachers’assistive technology literacy,409 special education teachers were selected as the research objects.The results show that the level of assistive technology literacy of special education teachers is not high,there is no significant difference between the gender and age of special education teachers and the assistive technology literacy of special education teachers,and there are significant differences between the teaching age,educational background and assistive technology training experience of special education teachers and the assistive technology literacy of special education teachers.In order to improve the special education teachers’assistive technology literacy,it is proposed to increase the special education teachers’assistive technology training opportunities,cultivate the special education students’assistive technology literacy,and strengthen the cooperation between the assistive technology equipment center and the special education schools.
