摘要
飞机主起落架支柱结构中主承力零件包括外筒、活塞杆和上、下扭力臂等,静强度校核是对其承载能力和结构安全性进行考核的关键环节。首先通过载荷分析获取各零件所受外载,然后采用10节点四面体单元对各零件进行有限元建模和计算,结果证明外筒、活塞杆和上、下扭力臂在给定载荷工况S_(LD)下满足静强度要求。传载路线清晰,计算方法可靠,能有效保证飞机主起落架支柱结构的安全。
The main load-bearing components of the aircraf's main landing gear strut structure include the outer tube,piston rod,upper and lower torque arms,etc.Static strength verification is a critical step in assessing their load-bearing capacity and structural safety.Firstly,the external loads on each component are obtained through load analysis.Then,finite element modeling and calculations are performed on each component using 10-node tetrahedral elements.The results show that the outer tube,piston rod,upper and lower torque arms meet the static strength requirements under the given load conditions of SLD.The load path is clear,the calculation method is reliable,and the safety of the aircraft's main landing gear strut structure can be effectively ensured.
