摘要
在医学院校学生党支部党建工作建设中,深化学生思想政治教育是一个重要部分。通过与基层社区党支部进行共建活动不仅有利于医学生树立为人民服务的意识,同时也能促进人才和知识向社会流动,促进社会和谐。当前,医学院校学生党支部存在共建意识不足、动力不足和缺少相关制度保障等缺点。此文通过探究医学院校学生党支部与社区党支部的共建活动,分析相关不足、总结相关经验,深化医学院校与社区党支部共建活动合作效果,促进实现共建活动双赢。
Deepening the ideological and political education of students is an important part in the construction of the party building work of the student party branch of medical colleges and universities.Co-construction activities with party branches in grassroots communities will not only help medical students establish a sense of serving the people,but also promote the flow of talents and knowledge to society and promote social harmony.At present,the student party branches of medical schools have shortcomings such as insufficient awareness of co-construction,insufficient motivation,and lack of relevant system guarantees.This article explores the practice of joint construction activities between the student party branch of medical schools and the community party branch,analyzes related deficiencies and summarizes relevant experience,deepens the cooperation effect of the joint construction activities of medical schools and community party branches,and promotes the realization of a win-win situation for joint construction activities.
