摘要
目的观察理筋手法配合整脊手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法将76例患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用理筋手法配合整脊治疗;对照组采用常规理筋手法。分别治疗前后比较2组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分、颈椎活动度、临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的VAS评分、NDI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组颈椎活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组愈显率为63.2%(24/38),高于对照组的39.5%(15/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论理筋手法结合整脊手法治疗颈型颈椎病具有较好的效果,适宜推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tendons manipulation and chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with tendons manipulation and chiropractic manipulation.The control group used conventional tendons manipulation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,cervical dysfunction Index(NDI)score,cervical motion and clinical effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results VAS score and NDI score in the treatment group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cervical motion in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of the treatment group was 63.2%(24/38),which was higher than that of the control group(39.5%,15/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tendons manipulation and chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis has good effect,and is suitable for popularization and application.
