摘要
目的分析龙岩市第一医院2019~2021年门诊口服降糖药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院门诊2019~2021年各类口服降糖药物的消耗总金额、日均费用(DDC)、用药频度(DDDs)及构成比等进行分析。结果我院门诊2019~2021年度DPP-4抑制剂和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的销售金额稳居前列。二甲双胍、阿卡波糖、西格列汀的DDDs排名前三。结论我院门诊口服降糖药物使用情况基本合理。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for rational clinical drug use,we analyzed the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the outpatient department of the Longyan First Hospital from 2019 to 2021.METHODS The total consumption amount,DDC,DDDs and component ratio of various oral hypoglycemic drugs in outpatient department of our hospital during 2019-2021 were analyzed.RESULTS The consumption sum of DPP-4 inhibitor andα-glucosidase inhibitor in the outpatient department of our hospital from 2019 to 2021 remained at the forefront.The DDDs of metformin,acarbose and sitagliptin ranked the top three.CONCLUSION The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in outpatient department of our hospital is basically reasonable.
