摘要
目的探讨赖氨酸磷酸氢钙联合重组人生长激素治疗特发性矮小症的效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月我院收治的100例特发性矮小症患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(50例,重组人生长激素)与观察组(50例,赖氨酸磷酸氢钙联合重组人生长激素)。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的体质量、身高及骨龄均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的钙、镁、锌水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的25-羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]、骨钙素(OC)及Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PⅠNP)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论赖氨酸磷酸氢钙联合重组人生长激素治疗特发性矮小症的效果显著,可促进患儿的生长发育,改善骨代谢及微量元素代谢,减轻焦虑情绪,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of lysine hydrochloride and calcium hydrogen phosphate combined with recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of idiopathic dwarfism.Methods A total of 100 children with idiopathic dwarfism admitted in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(50 cases,recombinant human growth hormone)and observation group(50 cases,lysine hydrochloride and calcium hydrogen phosphate combined with recombinant human growth hormone).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the body weight,height and bone age of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of calcium,magnesium and zinc in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D],osteocalcin(OC)and procollagen typeⅠN-terminal propeptide(PⅠNP)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lysine hydrochloride and calcium hydrogen phosphate combined with recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of idiopathic dwarfism has a significant effect,it can promote the growth and development of children,improve the bone metabolism and trace element metabolism,and reduce anxiety emotion,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
