摘要
目的探讨伢典Ⅲ代化学去腐凝胶治疗小儿乳牙龋病的临床疗效及活髓保存率。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月于本院就诊的120例口腔科乳牙龋病患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用常规牙钻去腐,观察组采用伢典Ⅲ代化学凝胶去腐。比较两组临床疗效、操作时间、术后12 h疼痛评分、治疗依从性、治疗后6个月、1年的活髓保存率及继发性龋病发生率、生命质量评分、家长满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组操作时间比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后12 h,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月、1年,观察组活髓保存率均高于对照组,继发性龋病发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月、1年,观察组学龄前儿童口腔健康影响程度量表(ECOHIS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伢典Ⅲ代化学去腐凝胶治疗小儿乳牙龋病疗效显著,可有效减轻疼痛感,提高患儿的治疗依从性,减少继发性龋病发生,改善生命质量,提升家长满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and vital pulp preservation rate of CarisolvⅢgeneration chemical decay removing gel in the treatment of deciduous dental caries.Methods 120 children with deciduous dental caries admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research subjects and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dental drill and the observation group was treated with CarisolvⅢgeneration chemical decay removing gel.The clinical efficacy,operation time,pain score 12 h after surgery,treatment compliance,survival rate of living pulp and incidence of secondary caries 6 months and 1 year after treatment,quality of life score and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 h of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after treatment,the survival rate of living pulp in observation group was higher than control group,and the incidence of secondary caries was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after treatment,the early childhood oral health impact scale(ECOHIS)scores of preschool children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parental satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Th
