摘要
目的探究数字减影血管造影(DSA)引导下治疗脑血管疾病的方法与疗效。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月本院收治的80例脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与实验组,各40例。经MRI及CT诊断均为脑出血,对照组给予保守治疗,实验组给予DSA引导下介入治疗,比较两组治疗前后神经功能水平、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组美国独立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的治疗总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用DSA引导下神经介入溶栓术治疗脑出血患者能有效改善其神经功能,疗效确切,且并发症发生情况较少,有利于患者康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)guidance in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 40 casesin each group.The diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage by MRI and CT was given conservative treatment in the control group and DSA-guided interventional therapy in the experimental group,and the neurological function level,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)between the two groups.After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 85.00%,which was higher than 67.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically sighiicant in the complication rate between the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage under DSA-guided neurointerventional thrombolysis can effectively improve their neurological function,enhance the treatment effect,and have fewer complications,which is conducive to the recovery of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
