摘要
目的探讨肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)水平与肺腺癌(LUSC)患者PP化疗方案(顺铂/卡铂联合培美曲塞)治疗预后的相关性。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2019年10月本院收治的85例LUSC患者的临床资料,根据预后情况分为预后良好患者(n=32)、预后不良患者(n=53),比较两种患者预后情况、临床资料,分析血清TAP与LUSC患者PP化疗方案治疗预后的相关性。结果85例LUCS患者中,经PP化疗4个周期后CR5例(5.88%),PR27例(31.76%),SD41例(48.24%),PD12例(14.12%),预后良好32例(37.65%),预后不良53例(62.35%)。两种患者性别、年龄、TNM分期及KPS评分比较差异无统计学意义;预后不良患者TAP凝聚物面积大于预后良好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic多因素回归分析结果显示,TAP高表达水平可能是LUCS患者PP化疗方案治疗预后不良的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论血清TAP水平与肺腺癌患者PP化疗方案治疗预后密切相关,临床可加强该指标监测,及时进行干预,以提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum tumor abnormal protein(TAP)levels and the prognosis of PP chemotherapy regimen(cisplatin/carboplatin combined with pemetrexed)in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC).Methods The clinical data of 85 LUSC patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed according to prospective randomized trial,and divided them into patients with good prognosis(n=32)and patients with poor prognosis(n=53)according to the prognosis,The prognosis and clinical data of the two patients were compared between the two kind of patients,and analyzed the correlation between serum TAP and the prognosis of PP chemotherapy regimen in LUSC patients.Results Among the 85 LUCS,there were 5(5.88%),27(31.76%),SD41(48.24%),PD12(14.12%),32(37.65%)with good prognosis and 53(62.35%)with poor prognosis after 4 cycles of PP chemotherapy.There were no significant differences in gender,age,TNM stage and KPS score between the two patients;the area of TAP aggregates in patients with poor prognosis was significantly greater than that in patients with good prognosis(P<0.05),and the results of Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that high serum TAP expression levels may be influencing factors for poor prognosis of PP chemotherapy regimen in LUCS patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum TAP level is closely related to the prognosis of PP chemotherapy regimen in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,and the monitoring of this index can be strengthened clinically and timely intervention can be carried out to improve the treatment effect.
