3D打印导板引导高血压脑出血穿刺引流的效果分析

摘要 目的探究3D打印导板引导高血压脑出血(HICH)穿刺引流的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月于常德市第一人民医院神内ICU穿刺引流的96例HICH患者作为研究对象,根据不同穿刺方式分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组采用CT定位穿刺,研究组采用3D打印导板引导穿刺,比较两组穿刺情况、血肿清除情况、预后情况[格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)]。结果研究组穿刺精准率为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血肿清除率为97.91%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组GOS评分分级比较差异无统计学意义,研究组GOS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印导板引导HICH患者穿刺引流的疗效确切,能提高刺精准率及血肿清除率并改善预后,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of 3D printed guide plate in guiding puncture and drainage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods Atotal of 96 patients with HICH who were punctured and drained in the Shennei ICU of the First People's Hospital of Changde City fromMarch 2019 toMarch 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group and research group according to different puncture methods,with 48 patients in each group.The control group used CT positioning puncture,and the research group used 3D printed guide to guide puncture,the puncture situation,hematoma clearance,and prognosis(Glasgow prognostic score[GOS])were compared between the two groups.Results The puncture accuracy of the research group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hematoma clearance rate in the research group was 97.91%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GOS grade between the two groups,and the GOS score in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of 3D printed guide guided puncture and drainage in patients with HICH is definite,which can improve the accuracy of pricking,hematoma clearance and prognosis,and which is worth of clincal application.
