摘要
随着经济、社会等方面稳定发展,建筑行业成为了不可缺少的关键力量。但部分企业在沿用传统承包方式的基础上,极大地限制了建筑产业的可持续发展态势。经过行业不断进步,EPC承包模式的出现与应用,能够有效避免传统承包模式带来的影响,切实提高整个建筑工程施工质量与效率,支撑企业获取到最大经济效益。基于此,文章论述了EPC承包模式相关内容,结合具体项目案例进行了管理要点分析,以期为相关工作人员人士提供参考。
With the stable development of economy,society,and other aspects,the construction industry has become an indispensable key force.However,some enterprises have greatly limited the sustainable development trend of the con-struction industry on the basis of continuing to use traditional contracting methods.With the continuous progress of the in-dustry,the emergence and application of the EPC contracting model can effectively avoid the impact of traditional contrac-ting models,effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the entire construction project,and support enterprises to a-chieve maximum economic benefits.Based on this,the relevant content of the EPC contracting mode was discussed,and management key points were analyzed in conjunction with specific project cases,in order to provide reference for relevant staff members.
