摘要
在市场经济体制下,企业面临的竞争压力与日俱增,因此,在企业开展工程管理时,需将采购管理放在重要地位,充分融入供应链管理理念,对企业相关采购业务进行管理。基于此,从供应链管理和采购管理特点为切入点,文章结合企业管理实际情况和日常工作的经验,加之文献检索与文献阅读,全面了解并熟知了现代管理学中对采购管理体系的描述,提出了供应链管理模式下企业工程采购管理的具体措施,通过分析得出利用供应链管理模式能够保证企业投入最少的成本,得到相对多的经济效益。
In the market economy system,enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressure.Therefore,when carry-ing out engineering management,enterprises need to place procurement management in an important position,fully in-tegrate supply chain management concepts,and manage their related procurement business.Based on this,starting from the characteristics of supply chain management and procurement management,combined with the actual situation of en-terprise management and daily work experience,combined with literature search and reading,I have comprehensively un-derstood and familiarized myself with the description of procurement management system in modern management,and proposed specific measures for enterprise engineering procurement management under the supply chain management mode.Through analysis,it is concluded that using the supply chain management mode can ensure the minimum cost invested by enterprises,Obtaining relatively significant economic benefits.
