摘要
目的:分析基于IMB模型的护理干预对阿尔茨海默病源型轻度认知功能障碍患者记忆和认知功能的影响。方法:选取沈阳市某三甲医院2021年9月—2022年3月收治的150例阿尔茨海默病源型轻度认知功能障碍患者,采用抽签的方法将患者分为观察组和对照组,两组各为75例。对照组采取常规的护理措施,观察组实施基于IMB模型的护理干预,分别收集两组在护理前、护理1个月、护理2个月和护理3个月的简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、Rivermead行为记忆测验第二版(RBMT-Ⅱ)、改良版的Addenbrooke认知功能检查量表(ACE-Ⅲ)情况,综合评价基于IMB模型的护理干预对阿尔茨海默病源型轻度认知功能障碍患者记忆和认知功能的影响。结果:观察组患者Rivermead行为记忆测验总分高于护理前,且观察组总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组患者RBMT-Ⅱ得分存在时间、组间和交互效应(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者MMSE得分高于护理前,且观察组得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组患者MMSE得分存在时间、组间和交互效应(P<0.05);观察组患者ACE-Ⅲ总分高于护理前,且观察组得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组患者MMSE得分存在时间、组间和交互效应(P<0.05)。结论:基于IMB模型的护理可提高患者对病症的行为记忆训练动机,改善患者行为记忆能力和认知功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on IMB model on memory and cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with mild cognitive impairment of Alzheimer’s disease from September 2021 to March 2022 in a third class A hospital in Shenyang were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into intervention group and control group by drawing lots,with 75 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing measures,while the intervention group implemented nursing intervention based on IMB model.The Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test Second Edition(RBMT-Ⅱ),and the modified Addenbrooke Cognitive Function Examination Scale(ACE-Ⅲ)of the two groups were collected before the intervention,one month after the intervention,two months after the intervention,and three months after the intervention,comprehensively evaluate the effect of nursing intervention based on IMB model on cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment of Alzheimer’s disease.Results After intervention,the total score of(RBMT-Ⅱ)in the intervention group was higher than that before the intervention,and the total score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically(P<0.05),there were differences in time effect,group effect and group by time effect between the two groups(P<0.05);After intervention,the MMSE score of the intervention group was higher than that before the intervention,and the total score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there were significant differences in time effect,group effect and group by time effect between the two groups(P<0.05);The total score of ACE-Ⅲin the intervention group was higher than that before the intervention,and the total score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the difference
