摘要
为实现地下室现浇混凝土结构的免抹灰质量效果和降低模板工程中的综合成本,通过从结构优化、配模设计和施工组织等方面进行了系统性的研究,最终形成了完整的组合式带肋塑料模板施工技术体系。以实际工程为例,阐述了从设计到实施的全过程,最终实施效果为现浇混凝土的垂直平整度在5mm以内的合格率达到92%以上,与铝合金模板安装工实现通用并减少了模板工的总人数进而降低了劳务成本。该施工技术在项目上取得良好效果,为组合式带肋塑料模板在地下室等非标建筑结构中的推广和应用提供了很好的参考与借鉴。
In order to realize the plaster-less quality effect of the cast-in-place concrete structure of the basement and reduce the comprehensive cost of the formwork project,a complete construction technology system of composite ribbed plastic formwork was finally formed through systematic research on structural optimization,formwork design and construction organization.Taking the actual project as an example,the whole process from design to implementation is elaborated.The final implementation effect is that the qualification rate of cast-in-place concrete with a vertical flatness of less than 5 mm reaches more than 95%,which is universal with aluminum alloy formwork installers and reduces the total number of formwork workers,thereby reducing the labor cost.The construction technology has achieved good results in the project,providing a good reference for the promotion and application of composite ribbed plastic formwork in non-standard building structures such as basements.
