摘要
名老中医学术经验继承是培养基层中医药人才的重要途径,名中医工作室建设是传承名老中医经验的重要载体,北京中医医院顺义医院北京市薪火传承3+3工程马万千全国基层名老中医药专家传承工作室经过4年多的建设,在工作室建设、基层人才培养等方面积累了部分经验,认为名老中医学术思想总结、凝练和临床应用是工作室建设的灵魂;马万千老中医学术思想:一是提出“疏调平和”的治疗法则,认为诊治疾病要重视气机的疏畅、脏腑的调理,平衡阴阳,以和为贵;二是重视调理中焦脾胃,脾胃为后天之本;三是基于脏腑相关理论根据人体不同体质提出亚健康状态,基于脏腑相关理论进行亚健康状态辨识并进行药食调理。学术经验继承是传承建设的核心,继承名老中医医德和临床经验并应用于临床,提高基层中医药服务能力;基层传承人才培养是传承工作室建设工作的关键,加强传承人才的高层次培养力度,力争省部级、国家级传承人才培养项目立项;传承单位管理制度、条件建设、经费支持是传承建设的保障;浓厚传承文化的氛围,在电视、网络等媒体进行中医药知识的宣传普及,提高百姓中医药预防保健意识,将名医临床经验向基层推广应用,提升基层中医药服务能力,是传承建设的目的。
The inheritance of academic experience of famous veteran TCM practitioners is an important way to train grassroots TCM talents,and the construction of famous TCM practitioner studios is an important carrier to inherit the experience of famous veteran TCM practitioners.After more than four years of construction,MA Wanqian grassroots famous veteran TCM practitioners Inheritance Studio of Beijing Shunyi Hospital of TCM,Beijing 3+3 Inheritance Project,has accumulated some experience in the aspects of studio construction and grassroots talents training,holds that the summary,condensation and clinical application of the academic thought of famous veteran TCM practitioners are the soul of the construction of the studio,and that the academic thought of MA Wanqian is as follows:first,the therapeutic principle of“Regulating and calming”is put forward,holds that the diagnosis and treatment of diseases should pay attention to the smoothness of Qi(气),the regulation of zang-fu organs(脏腑),the balance of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),and the importance of harmony.The second is to pay attention to the conditioning of the spleen and stomach,spleen and stomach are the material basis of the acquired constitution.Thirdly,sub-health states are proposed according to different body constitutions based on the theory of zang-fu organs,and sub-health states are identified and medicine,and food conditioning are carried out based on the theory of zang-fu organs.Inheriting academic experience is the core of inheritance construction,inheriting famous veteran TCM practitioners’medical ethics and clinical experience and applying it to clinical practice is to improve the grassroots TCM service ability.The cultivation of grassroots inheritance talents is the key to the construction of inheritance studio,which calls for strengthening the high-level cultivation of inheritance talents and striving for the establishment of provincial and ministerial level and national inheritance talents training projects.The management system,condition constructi
