摘要
高质量党的建设是国有企业高质量发展的根本保障和必然要义。国家能源集团四川发电有限公司党委以深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神为主线,认真落实习近平总书记关于国有企业党建工作的重要论述,立足自身实际推动党建工作和生产经营深度融合,将党的建设融入公司治理全过程和各环节,坚持党建引领方向、锻造作风、融入管理、凝聚人心、激发活力,不断在实践中探索、在总结中提炼、在推进中完善高质量党建之路,初步构建起“增强提升五力,以高质量党建引领高质量发展”的党建工作体系,推进实现党建与生产经营深度融合、相互促进、统筹发展,为企业打造区域一流省级电力公司提供了坚强保障。
The construction of a high-quality party is the fundamental guarantee and inevitable essence for the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.In recent years,the Party Committee of Sichuan Company of National Energy Group has taken in-depth learning and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the main line,conscientiously implemented important discussions on the Party building work of state-owned enterprises,based on its own reality,promoted the deep integration of Party building work and production and operation,integrated Party building into the entire process and various links of corporate governance,adhered to the direction of Party building,forged style,integrated management,condensed people’s hearts,and stimulated vitality,and continuously explored in practice.Extracting from the summary and improving the path of high-quality party building in the promotion,a preliminary party building work system of“enhancing and enhancing the five forces,leading high-quality development with high-quality party building”has been established,promoting the deep integration,mutual promotion,and coordinated development of party building and production and operation,providing a strong guarantee for enterprises to build a regional first-class provincial-level power company.
