混杂纤维复合材料层合板拉伸性能研究

摘要 针对复合材料层合板易分层的缺陷,以碳纤维层合板为研究对象,利用Kevlar短纤维进行层间性能优化,研究其拉伸性能。首先,制备混杂纤维复合材料层合板并分别将Kevlar短纤维置于外层(1、7层)和内层(3、5层)的层间;其次,通过准静态拉伸试验测量各组拉伸强度及弹性模量;最后,结合数字图像相关技术进行混杂前后应变变化和破坏模态的对比分析。试验结果发现:在外层(1、7层)或内层(3、5层)的层间加入Kevlar短纤维对拉伸性能的影响较小;碳纤维层合板混杂前后的拉伸断裂方式均为纤维断裂;DIC处理结果显示,试件在应变最大区域内发生断裂。 Aiming at the defect of easy delamination of composite laminates and taking carbon fiber laminates as the research object,the interlaminar properties were optimized by short aramid fibers,and its tensile prop-erties were studied.The hybrid fiber composite laminates were prepared,and short aramid fibers were placed in the outer layer(layer 1 and 7)and inner layer(layer 3 and 5)respectively.The tensile strength and elas-tic modulus of each group were measured by quasi-static tensile test,and the strain changes and failure modes before and after the hybrid were compared and analyzed by digital image correlation technology.The results show that the addition of the short aramid fibers in the outer layer(layer 1 and 7)or inner layer(layer 3 and 5)has little effect on the tensile properties,and the tensile fracture mode of the carbon fiber laminates before and after mixing is fiber fracture.The results of DIC treatment show that the specimen breaks in the region of maximum strain.
