摘要
推进文化和旅游深度融合发展,促进旅游产业高质量发展,已成为全域旅游函待破解的难点。以江西省井冈山市、湖南省韶山市等八个红色旅游重点县(市、区)为研究对象,从旅游供给产品、旅游通达性、旅游经济发展、旅游环境质量、旅游管理水平五个维度构建相应指标体系,并运用熵权TOPSIS展开定量评价。研究结果显示:江西省井冈山市全域旅游综合发展排名第一。从具体维度指标来看,江西省井冈山市在旅游供给产品、旅游经济发展水平这两个维度居于首位;湖南省韶山市、浙江省南湖区、贵州省红花岗区分别在旅游管理水平、旅游通达性、旅游环境质量维度居于首位。通过深入研究,各县域在要素配套、文化体验感方面较为落后。进而建议:以红色旅游与相关产业融合发展思路带动全域区域发展,构建多元红色旅游消费体系,明确政府主导定位,塑造展示城市性格内容IP形象,构建“国家引领,区域合作”新模式。
Promoting the in-depth integration and development of culture and tourism and promoting the high-quality development of the tourism industry have become difficulties that need to be solved urgently in the whole tourism.Taking eight key counties(cities and districts)of red tourism,including Jinggangshan City of Jiangxi Province and Shaoshan City of Hunan Province,as the research objects,the corresponding index system is constructed from five dimensions of tourism supply products,tourism accessibility,tourism economic development,tourism environmental quality,and tourism management level,and the entropy right TOPSIS is used for quantitative evaluation.From the perspective of specific dimension indicators,Jinggangshan City of Jiangxi Province ranks first in terms of tourism supply products and tourism economic development,while Shaoshan City of Hunan Province,Nanhu District of Zhejiang Province and Honghuagang District of Guizhou Province rank first in terms of tourism management level,tourism accessibility and tourism environmental quality.Therefore,it is suggested to use the integrated development of red tourism and related industries to drive the development of the whole region,build a diversified red tourism consumption system,clarify the government-leading position,shape the IP image of urban character,and build a new mode of"national leading and regional cooperation".
