泵喷推进器的流激声振特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中以某泵喷推进器为研究对象,基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法计算泵喷推进器非定常流场,提取泵喷推进器结构表面流体脉动压力,并结合扇声源理论和边界元法(BEM)计算泵喷推进器中旋转部件(转子)和静止部件(定子和导管)的流体直接辐射噪声.利用有限元法(FEM)计算流激作用下引起的泵喷推进器结构辐射噪声,分析泵喷推进器辐射声场指向性及声压分布特性.结果表明:泵喷推进器旋转部件声压级指向性呈“∞”字形,静止部件声压级指向性呈“8”字形,旋转部件流噪声为主要贡献量;结构辐射噪声在泵喷尾端声压较高,结构辐射噪声小于流体直接辐射噪声;由于受动静干涉及导管间隙流动作用,泵喷推进器噪声最大位置分布在转子和定子之间,特征频率主要出现在叶频和倍叶频处,轴频处对应峰值相对较小. Taking a pump-jet propeller as the research object,the unsteady flow field of the pump-jet propeller was calculated based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method.The fluctuating pressure of fluid on the structural surface of pump-jet propeller was extracted,and the direct radiation noise of fluid from rotating parts(rotor)and stationary parts(stator and duct)in pump-jet propeller was calculated by combining fan sound source theory and boundary element method(BEM).The finite element method(FEM)was used to calculate the radiation noise of the pump-jet propeller structure caused by the calculated flow excitation,and the directivity and sound pressure distribution characteristics of the radiation sound field of the pump-jet propeller were analyzed.The results show that the directivity of the sound pressure level of the rotating parts of the pump-jet propeller is“∞”,that of the stationary parts is“8”,and the flow noise of the rotating parts is the main contribution.The sound pressure of structural radiation noise is higher at the end of pump jet,and the structural radiation noise is less than the direct radiation noise of fluid.Due to the action of the flow between the stator and the rotor,the maximum noise of the pump-jet propeller is distributed between the rotor and the stator,and the characteristic frequency mainly appears at the blade frequency and the double blade frequency,and the corresponding peak value at the axial frequency is relatively small.
