摘要
发展型资助育人关注困难学生身心健康、思想素养、学业就业等方面的综合发展。分析高校发展型资助面临的问题,提出基于OBE理念的发展型资助育人模式,并从探析学生多元化需求、树立以目标为导向的发展型资助理念、构建协同育人机制、建立显性隐性素养结合的评价机制等方面探索发展型资助路径。
The development-oriented funding education focuses on poor students’comprehensive development including physical and mental health,ideological quality,academic achievements and employment,etc.The paper analyzes the problems faced by development-oriented education funding in universities and colleges,and proposes a development-oriented education funding model based on the OBE concept.This student-centered and target-oriented model is optimized by analyzing students’diverse needs,strengthening the concept of development,constructing a collaborative education mechanism,and constructing an appraisal mechanism that combines explicit and implicit accomplishment,etc.
