单缸四冲程汽油机曲轴静态和动载荷分析

摘要 曲轴是内燃机有效和精确工作的关键部件之一。通过虚拟样机技术和有限元技术对单缸四冲程汽油发动机曲轴进行了静力结构和动载荷分析。在ADAMS中建立该曲轴连杆机构的虚拟样机运动学和动力学仿真模型,使用有限元分析软件对曲轴在最大静载荷条件下进行静态结构分析和强度校核。最后在动载荷谱作用下研究了一个完整循环周期内不同转速下的曲轴径向力、切向力变化和弯曲、扭转力矩的影响以及曲轴不同临界位置的应力变化。研究结果为该类型发动机进一步改进和优化研究提供了重要的参考依据。 The cranksaft is one of the most critical components for effective and precise working of the internal combustion engine.In this paper,a static structural and dynamic load analysis were conducted on a single cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine crankshaft by means of virtual prototyping technology and finite element technology.The kinematics and dynamics simulation model of the virtual prototype of the crankshaft and connecting rod mechanism was established in ADAMS.Static structure analysis was performed using ANSYS software under the maximum static load condition,and the strength of the crankshaft was checked.Finally,the variation of the radial and tangential forces of the crankshaft in a complete cycle at different speeds and the influence of bending and torsional loads,as well as the variation of stresses at different critical locations of the crankshaft were studied under dynamic load spectrum condition.The results provide an important reference for further improvement and optimization study of this type of engine.
