高寒地区沥青混凝土心墙配合比设计 被引量:3

摘要 水工沥青混凝土配合比是控制水利工程质量最基础的环节之一,为满足高寒地区心墙坝对水工沥青混凝土各项性能的要求,以托帕水库工程为背景,结合丁朴荣公式原理,依次改变骨料级配指数、填料含量和油石比等配合比参数,进行水工沥青混凝土配合比设计。基于孔隙率和间接拉伸强度及其对应的应变作为配合比评价指标,筛选出较优配合比,并进行单轴压缩、小梁弯曲、水稳定性、渗透性作为性能验证性试验,是否满足工程技术施工要求,可为高寒地区心墙配合比设计提供理论依据。 The mix design of hydraulic asphalt concrete is one of the most basic steps to control the quality of hydraulic engineering.In order to meet the requirements of the core dam in the high and cold area on the performance of hydraulic asphalt concrete,based on the Topa reservoir project as the background,combined with the principle of Ding Puorong formula,the mix ratio of hydraulic asphalt concrete was designed by changing the aggregate gradation index,filler content and the ratio of oil and stone in turn.Based on the porosity,indirect tensile strength and the corresponding strain as the evaluation indexes of the mix ratio,the optimal mix ratio was selected,and uniaxial compression,trabecular bending,water stability and permeability were carried out as the performance verification tests.Whether they meet the requirements of engineering construction can provide a theoretical basis for the core wall mix design in high-cold areas.
