摘要
作为中国特有的农业综合开发利用技术,菌草技术推广在乡村振兴、生态保护、对外援助、国际合作等方面取得了巨大成就,但菌草技术推广模式的理论研究却滞后于实践。基于扎根理论,借助Nvivo11软件对菌草综合开发利用技术的相关政策、新闻报道、文献和访谈等文本资料进行编码,进而揭示菌草技术成功推广的形成机制以及内在逻辑关系,在此基础上构建起综合开发利用技术有效推广的理论模型。研究结果表明:技术娴熟、组织氛围、社会期望、政府态度是促进菌草综合开发利用技术成功推广的重要因素,影响因素可以进一步解析为技术、组织、环境3个维度;综合开发利用技术推广也会反向作用于技术娴熟、组织氛围、社会期望和政府态度;技术娴熟和组织氛围相互影响,政府态度和组织氛围相互影响,社会期望和技术娴熟相互影响。基于此,农业综合开发利用技术推广的关键机制在于充分考虑技术、组织和环境不同层面要素之间的联动匹配,做到“组织-政府-社会”三方协同合作。研究结论将菌草技术推广实践理论化,为其他综合开发利用技术转化为实际生产力、助力农业现代化发展提供一定的参考依据。
In the context of rural revitalization,accelerating the tackling of agricultural core technologies and improving the supply level of agricultural science and technology are the realistic demand for achieving the self-sufficiency of high-level agricultural science and technology,and also the source of driving force to lead the development of agricultural modernization.As a comprehensive development and utilization technology,the promotion of mycorrhizal technology has made great achievements in rural revitalization,ecological protection,foreign assistance,international cooperation,etc.Based on the grounded theory,this study uses Nvivo11 software to code the relevant policies,news reports,documents,interviews and other text materials of the comprehensive development and utilization technology of mycorrhiza,and then reveals the formation mechanism and internal logical relationship of the successful promotion of mycorrhiza technology.On this basis,we can construct a theoretical model for the effective promotion of comprehensive development and utilization technology.The results show that technical proficiency,organizational atmosphere,social expectations and government attitudes are important factors to promote the successful promotion of the comprehensive development and utilization of mycorrhizal fungi.The influencing factors can be further analyzed into three dimensions:technology,organization and environment;The promotion of comprehensive development and utilization of technology will also have a reverse effect on technical proficiency,organizational atmosphere,social expectations and government attitudes;Technical proficiency and organizational atmosphere influence each other,government attitude and organizational atmosphere influence each other,and social expectation and technical proficiency influence each other.Based on this,the key mechanism for promoting agricultural comprehensive development and utilization technology lies in fully considering the linkage and matching of factors at different levels of tech
