摘要
人体的脉象变化众多,难以一一言述,为了克服表述难题,晋王叔和《脉经》用了20多个重言词描写脉象状况,崔锡章《中医要籍重言研究》曾做讨论,但还有许多脉象词有待商榷。比如对“浑浑革革”“弊弊绰绰”两组短语与“脾死藏”一条的词语,可作如下辨析及释义:“浑浑”表乱义,“革革”有急义;“弊弊”是脉象疲弱状,“绰绰”有缓慢义。“脾死藏”一条的断句应是“脾死脏,浮之大坚,按之革,如覆杯,挈挈状如摇者,死。”依照脉象,原“浮之脉大缓”应作“浮之大坚”。“按之中”有误,应作“按之革”。“絜絜”是“挈挈”的通假,表急切貌。
Pulse conditions of the human body are various and complicated.To overcome the difficulty in explanation,Wang Shuhe described pulse conditions in Pulse Classic with more than 20 tautologies.In addition,Cui Xichang's Research of Reduplication Terms in Classics of Chinese Medicine has discussed this topic.However,many terms of pulse conditions still require further discussion.This study analyzed and interpreted hun hun ji ji,pi pi chou chou,and"pi si zang".According to the findings,hun hun means disorder,and ji ji means rush.While pi pi refers to a weak pulse condition,chou chou means slow.The sentence fragmentation of"pi si zang"should be"pi si zang,fu zhi da jian,an zhi ge,ru fu bei,qie qie zhuang ru yao zhe,si."For pulse conditions,"fu zhi da huan""should be modified to""fu zhi da jian"."An zhong zhe"should be modified to"an zhi ge"."Xie xie"is a homophone of"qie qie",and it means urgently.
