摘要
目的调查青岛市急救中心“互联急救”APP急救志愿者服务情况,并探讨其服务效率影响因素与保障需求。方法通过调取2021年1月1日—2022年6月6日青岛市急救中心“互联急救”APP志愿者接受调派参与OHCA急救数据,运用SPSS 23.0统计学软件分组进行对比分析。设计调查问卷,运用SPSS 23.0、Stata16软件进行急救志愿者服务影响因素与保障需求调查分析。结果青岛市急救中心“互联急救”APP急救志愿者中有207人次响应(7.89%),154人次到达OHCA呼救现场(5.87%),先于EMS到达仅40人次(1.5%)。志愿者响应半径中位数0.8 km,明显短于EMS响应半径的中位数2.65 km,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。志愿者响应间期中位数9 min等于EMS响应间期中位数9 min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多重响应频数、回归分析等显示急救知识与技能能够提升志愿者参与危重症急救的信心。APP定位不准确、志愿者自身对地理位置不熟悉、交通阻塞是造成到达现场时间晚于EMS的主要阻力因素。建立全社会协同保障机制,配备必要的急救设备、用品均是志愿者迫切的保障需要。结论建立完善的志愿服务社会保障机制,加强志愿者急救技能培训,并为志愿者配备必要的急救设备、用品等,是激励急救志愿者广泛参与,提高急救志愿服务效率,推动急救社区化体系建设发展的必要途径。
Objective The aim of the research is to investigate the service situation of"Connected First Aid"APP emergency volunteers in Qingdao Emergency Medical Center,and to explore the influencing factors of service efficiency and support needs.Methods The research used the data of volunteers from the"Connected First Aid"APP of Qingdao Emergency Center who were assigned to participate in OHCA first aid from January 1,2021 to June 6,2022 Self-designed questionnaire,SPSS 23.0 and Stata16 software were also used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors and support needs of emergency volunteer services.Results 207(7.89%)volunteers responded to the"Connected First Aid"APP of Qingdao Emergency Medical Center;154(5.87%)volunteers arrived at the OHCA call site,and only 40(1.5%)volunteers arrived before EMS.The median response radius of volunteers was 0.8 km,which was much shorter than that of EMS(2.65 km,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The median of volunteer response interval(9 min)was equal to the median of EMS response interval(9min)and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple response frequency and regression analysis showed that first aid knowledge and skills could boost the confidence of volunteers to participate in critical care.Inaccurate positioning of APP,volunteers'unfamiliarity with geographical location,and traffic congestion are the main resistance factors that cause the arrival late than EMS.Conclusion Strengthening first-aid skills training for volunteers,equipping them with first-aid equipment and supplies,and establishing a perfect social security mechanism are the necessary ways to encourage the extensive participation of first-aid volunteers,improve the efficiency of first-aid volunteer services,and promote the construction and development of first-aid community system.
