摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定宫血停颗粒中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸、异阿魏酸、特女贞苷、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为225 nm。结果:6种成分在标准曲线范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),平均回收率均大于95%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、快速,稳定性和重现性良好,为宫血停颗粒质量标准的提高提供了实验依据。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ferulic acid,isoferulic acid,specnuezhenide,naringin and neohesperidin in Gongxueting granules.Method:The analysis was performed on an Agilent TC-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)in a gradient elution manner using a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.5%phosphoric as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min^(-1) and the column temperature maintained at 35°C.The detection wavelength was set at 225 nm.Results:Within detection ranges of the 6 components,standard curves were linear(r>0.999),average recovery rates were over 95%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,rapid,stable and reproducible,which provides an experimental basis for improving the quality standard of Gongxueting granules.
