摘要
目的探讨积极心理学团体护理干预对耳鸣恐惧症患者的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年4月河南省某三级甲等医院收治的80例耳鸣患者作为研究对象,按照单双号将以上研究对象分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组均接受常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理的基础上接受积极心理学团体心理干预。采用耳鸣恐惧量表(FTQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)评估两组患者干预前、干预后2个月的效果。结果本研究共收集到77例研究对象,其中研究组39例,对照组38例。干预前,两组患者FTQ得分、SAS得分、PSQI得分及TEQ得分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组FTQ得分为(7.02±4.07)分,SAS得分为(40.67±6.23)分,TEQ得分为(12.69±1.89)分,PSQI量表得分为(7.61±1.38)分,上述评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用积极心理学团体护理干预有助于改善耳鸣患者的负面情绪和睡眠质量,从而缓解耳鸣的临床症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the effect of positive psychology group nursing intervention on tinnitus fear patients.Methods A total of 80 tinnitus patients from a tertiary hospital in Henan Province from June 2021 to April 2022 were divided into study group and control group according to odd-even numbers.Both groups were given routine nursing intervention,the study group received positive psychology group psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The tinnitus fear scale(FTQ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ)were used to evaluate the effects of the two groups before and 2 months after intervention.Results A total of 77 patients were collected,including 39 cases in the study group and 38 cases in the control group.Before the intervention,there were no statistical differences in FTQ scores,SAS scores,PSQI scores and TEQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the FTQ score of the study group was(7.02±4.07),the SAS score was(40.67±6.23),the TEQ score was(12.69±1.89)and the PSQI scale score was(7.61±1.38).The above scores were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of positive psychology group nursing intervention can help to improve the negative emotions and sleep quality of tinnitus patients,so as to relieve the clinical symptoms of tinnitus and improve the clinical efficacy.
