摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者血尿酸表达与抗血小板治疗后血小板高反应性的关系。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,连续纳入2019年3月至2022年3月在河南省老干部康复医院接受抗血小板治疗的102例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随访记录治疗1 a内血小板反应性,根据是否出现血小板高反应性分为发生组与未发生组。采用logistic回归分析脑梗死患者血尿酸表达与抗血小板治疗后血小板高反应性的关系。结果102例患者中出现血小板高反应性30例,占比为29.41%(30/102);未出现血小板高反应性72例,占比为70.59%(72/102)。发生组与未发生组在血糖、性别、血尿酸方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,女性、血糖升高、血尿酸升高是影响脑梗死患者抗血小板治疗后出现血小板高反应性的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者血尿酸表达是影响抗血小板治疗后血小板高反应性的影响因素,此外性别、血糖也可影响治疗后血小板高反应性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood uric acid expression and platelet hyperreactivity after antiplatelet therapy in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Prospective research methods were used to study the cerebral infarction patients(102 cases)who received antiplatelet therapy in Henan Provincial Veteran Cadres Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022.Platelet reactivity within 1 year of treatment was recorded during follow-up.According to whether the occurrence of platelet hyperreactivity was divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group.Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between blood uric acid expression and platelet hyperreactivity after antiplatelet therapy in patients with cerebral infarction.Results Among 102 patients,30 patients(29.41%)had platelet hyperreactivity.There were 72 cases without platelet hyperreactivity,accounting for 70.59%(72/102).There were statistically significant differences in blood glucose,gender and blood uric acid between the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that women,elevated blood glucose levels and elevated serum uric acid were the influencing factors affecting the occurrence of platelet hyperreactivity in patients with cerebral infarction after antiplatelet therapy(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Blood uric acid expression in patients with cerebral infarction is the influencing factor of platelet hyperreactivity after antiplatelet therapy.In addition,gender and blood glucose can also affect the platelet hyperreactivity after treatment.
