摘要
以聚天冬氨酸(PASP)络合铁工艺为基础,对单铁、铁-锰、铁-铜、铁-铬等双元素金属体系进行一系列试验,从双元素种类、脱硫反应的pH值、反应温度、气液体积比、再生效果等方面进行对比分析。结果表明,PASP络合铁体系中加入另一种金属元素后,脱硫效果均得到了提升,其中铬元素效果最好,并双元素的加入量进行了优化后,最佳反应条件为铁-铬双元素体系(铁、铬添加比例为15∶1)、pH=8~9、20~40℃、气液比为100∶1,此时脱硫效率高达99.6%,优于络合铁单元素脱硫效果99%的水平,再生循环5次脱硫效率仍能保持99%以上。
Based on the process of polyaspartic acid(PASP)complexing iron,a series of tests were carried out on the dual-element metal systems such as mono-iron,iron-manganese,iron-copper,iron-chromium,etc.The ratio analysis was carried out from the aspects of the dual-element type,the pH value of desulfurization reaction,reaction temperature,gas-liquid volume ratio,regeneration effect,etc.From the experimental results,the desulfurization effect was improved after adding another metal element into the PASP complexing iron system,Among them,the effect of chromium is the best.After optimizing the amount of double elements,the best reaction conditions are iron-chromium double element system(iron and hromium addition ratio is 15∶1),pH=8~9,20~40℃,gas-liquid ratio is 100∶1.At this time,the desulfurization efficiency is as high as 99.6%,which is better than the level of 99%of the desulfurization effect of single element of complex iron.The desulfurization efficiency of five regeneration cycles can still maintain more than 99%.
