摘要
简述了阳极氧化TiO_(2)纳米管阵列(titanium oxide nanotube array,TNAs)的形成机制,在光催化、传感器、生物医用和太阳能电池等领域的研究进展,详细介绍阳极氧化工艺参数(如电压、温度、时间、pH值、氟离子和添加剂等)对TNAs阵列形态结构的影响。对目前的研究进展进行了展望,并对未来的研究提出了建议。
This paper briefly reviews the formation mechanism of the titanium oxide nanotube arrays(TNAs)and the current status of the development in the fields of photocatalysis,sensors,biomedical and solar cells.Then,the impact of anodic oxidation process parameters(such as anodic oxidation voltage,temperature,time,pH value,fluorine ion concentrations and additives)on the morphology and size of the TNAs are reviewed in detail.Moreover,perspectives on the current research progress are presented and recommendations on future research are elaborated.
