摘要
多囊卵巢综合征是妇科常见的一种内分泌紊乱综合征,此病会因为排卵过少甚至无排卵而导致女性不孕。调查显示,有约10%的育龄期女性不孕是由于多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍导致的。此病严重影响女性患者的生活质量,并且发病率有逐年升高的趋势。该病病因复杂,西医方面对其病因尚未明确,一般认为与遗传、内分泌、炎症反应等有关。而中医对多囊卵巢综合征的认识,以其临床表现为依据,归结为“月经后期”“闭经”及“不孕症”等范畴。历代医家对多囊卵巢综合征导致的不孕症的认识偏重不同,但大致涉及肾虚、脾虚、肝郁、痰湿、血瘀五方面。山西中医药大学张文红教授从事临床多年,将中西医结合,灵活运用调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致的不孕症,取得了显著疗效。文章结合案例,介绍张文红教授调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致的不孕症,以期为临床拓宽思路。
olycystic ovarian syndrome is a common endocrine disorder syndrome in gynecology.The disease can lead to female sterility because of oligoovulation or even no ovulation.The survey shows that about 10%of sterility in childbearing age women is due to polycystic ovarian syndrome ovulation disorder.The disease seriously affects the quality of life of female patients,andP the incidence rate has a rising trend year by year.The cause of the disease is complex,and the cause of the disease has not been clarified in Western medicine,and it is generally believed to be related to genetics,endocrine,inflammatory reactions,etc..The understanding of PCOS in TCM is based on its clinical manifestations,which can be summarized into the categories of late menstruation,amenorrhea and sterility.Successive generations of doctors have different understandings of sterility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,but they generally involve five aspects:kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,liver depression,phlegm dampness,and blood stasis.Professor ZHANG Wenhong has been engaged in clinical practice for many years.The Professor combines TCM with Western medicine,flexibly uses the therapy of recuperating menstrual cycle to treat sterility due to polycystic ovarian syndrome,and has achieved remarkable results.In this paper,Professor ZHANG Wenhong’s experience in treating sterility due to polycystic ovarian syndrome by the therapy of recuperating menstrual cycle is introduced through an empirical case analysis,with a view to broadening the thinking for clinical practice.
