摘要
校企合作育人是职业教育的最有效途径之一。针对汽车售后服务技术人才难以精准培养和汽车售后服务领域校企合作难以深度开展的困境,通过职业院校与汽车生产商建立稳固的深度校企合作关系,在校企共建人才培养模式、教学环境和运作机制等方面进行探索与实践,形成了行业特征突出、专业特色鲜明的“三擎驱动、双元育人”校企合作新模式,创新了“双元制”内涵,满足了合作各方利益诉求,提升人才培养质量和提高教师业务能力,为推进职业教育校企精准育人提供启示与借鉴。
School-enterprise cooperation is one of the most effective ways of vocational education.In view of the difficulties of precise training of technical talents for automobile after-sales service and in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises in the field of automobile after-sales service,through the establishment of a solid and in-depth school enterprise cooperation relationship between vocational colleges and automobile manufacturers,we have explored and practiced the talent training mode,teaching environment and operation mechanism jointly built by schools and enterprises,forming a mode with prominent industry characteristics.The new school-enterprise cooperation mode with distinctive professional characteristics innovates the connotation of“dual system”,meets the interest demands of all partners,improves the quality of talent training and teachers professional ability,and provides enlightenment and reference for promoting the accurate education of vocational education schools and enterprises.
