摘要
1+X证书制度是我国职业教育改革的一项重要举措。职业院校作为1+X证书制度试点的实施主体,亟须解决书证有机融通的问题。以建构产业链、岗位链、技术链“三链协同”的育人生态圈为理论支撑,以打造书证融通平台+模块的“柔性”课程体系、开发立体化课程资源、打造一专多能的师资团队为实施路径,探索1+X制度下书证融通专业建设模式,将职业技能等级证书的培训考核内容有机融入专业人才培养方案,切实实现职业技能等级证书和专业人才培养的相互融通,提高人才培养质量。
The 1+X certificate system is an important measure of China’s vocational education reform.As the main body of the implementation of the 1+X certificate system pilot,vocational colleges need to solve the problem of organic integration of documentary evidence.Based on the theory of building an education ecosystem of“three chain coordination”of industry chain,post chain and technology chain,the implementation path is to build a“flexible”curriculum system of documentary evidence financing platform+modules,develop three-dimensional curriculum resources,and build a team of teachers with expertise and versatility,explore the professional construction mode of documentary evidence financing under the 1+X system,integrate the training and assessment contents of vocational skill grade certificate into the professional talent training program,effectively integrate the vocational skill grade certificate and professional talent training,and improve the quality of talent training.
