摘要
随着社会科技的进步,生猪产业在畜牧业发展中有举足轻重的作用,但也有明显的“弊病”,即生猪价格波动大,“猪周期”较为严重,常受到猪疫病流行的影响,因此养猪投资风险较大。近年来,各地的养猪场在养殖管理及养殖技术等方面都得到了很大的提升,但中小规模的猪场相对于大型猪场,其运行风险控制水平相对较低,必须加强猪的饲养管理,并加强动物疫情等风险防控工作。该文主要分析中小型养猪场的运行风险及规避对策。
With the development of social science and technology,pig industry plays an important role in the development of animal husbandry,but there are obvious“Disadvantages”,that is,the price of pig fluctuates greatly,“Pig cycle”is more serious,it is often affected by the epidemic of swine disease,so the investment risk of pig breeding is high.In recent years,pig farms around the country have been greatly improved in terms of breeding management and breeding technology,but compared with large-scale pig farms,the level of risk control in the operation of small-and medium-scale pig farms is relatively low,it is necessary to strengthen the management of pig breeding and strengthen the risk prevention and control of animal epidemic.This paper mainly analyzes the operation risk of small and medium-sized pig farms and the countermeasures to avoid it.
