摘要
从复杂科学管理的视角,探讨生态文明的内涵和本质属性;以复杂科学管理提出的人类共生系统为出发点,应用复杂科学管理(CSM)系统思维模式、CSM整体观论、CSM新资源观论以及CSM的科学与艺术相结合的管理思想,研究生态文明建设问题。提出当代中国社会主义生态文明建设的4点战略思考:构建生态文明系统;发挥全社会力量建设生态文明;重构创新生态;培育生态文化。该研究对我国生态文明建设实践具有理论指导意义和参考价值。
This paper discusses the connotation and essential attribute of ecological civilization from the perspective of complexity science management(CSM).Based on the human symbiotic system proposed by CSM,this paper studies the construction of ecological civilization by applying the CSM system thinking mode,the CSM holistic view,the CSM new resource view and the management thought of combining science and art of CSM.Besides,it puts forward four strategic thoughts on the construction of contemporary Chinas'socialist ecological civilization:constructing the ecological civilization system by systematic thinking,encouraging the whole society to build ecological civilization,reconstructing innovative ecology,and cultivating ecological culture.The study has theoretical reference significance in guiding the practice of ecological civilization construction in China.
