摘要 以西安地铁10号线公轨合建段上层西阎快速路为背景,通过对钢梁生产的合理划分、拼装焊接过程的工艺提升及使用BIM模型检查拼接精度,有效降低焊接变形,提高钢梁的安装精度。使用Midas有限元软件建立叠合梁桥模型,对施工全过程进行受力分析,探讨变截面工字钢梁对受力的影响。研究表明,工字钢截面的尺寸对叠合梁的受力影响非常关键,合理的结构尺寸不仅能发挥出叠合梁的独特优势,而且能节约钢材的使用。 Taking the Xi-Yan Expressway in the upper layer of the road-rail joint construction section of Xian Metro Line 10 as the background,through reasonable division of steel beam production,process improvement of assembly welding,and the use of BIM models to check the splicing accuracy,welding deformation is effectively reduced and the installation accuracy of steel beams is improved.Use Midas finite element software to establish a laminated beam bridge model,the stress on the entire construction process is analyzed,and the influence of variable cross-section l-shaped steel beams on stress is explored.The research shows that the size of the I-shaped beam cross-section has a crucial impact on the stress of laminated beams.The reasonable structural dimensions can not only showcase the unique advantages of laminated beams,but also save the use of steel.
