特大枢纽型机场临电信息化管理研究与实践

摘要 针对施工现场电箱数量众多、管理难度大等问题,基于信息化技术,提出并开发临电信息化管理平台,实现电箱线上的进场审批、四方验收、二维码巡检、报失报修等功能,形成链路式的“一箱一码”临电管理体系。同时,通过在各箱式变电站中植入用电监测芯片并接入临电管理平台,实现对箱式变电站每日用电的实时把控。最后,通过在浦东国际机场南区地下交通枢纽及配套工程项目中实践应用,探索利用信息化技术对特大枢纽型项目临电安全管理及能耗管理的价值。 In view of the problems of numerous electrical boxes on the construction site and the difficult management,a temporary electricity supply information management platform based on information technology is proposed and developed to achieve the online functions such as onsite approval,four-unit acceptance,QR code inspection,and loss and repair reporting on the electrical boxes,and a linked"one box and one code"temporary electricity supply management system is formed.At the same time,the real-time control of daily electricity consumption in box substations is achieved by implanting electricity supply monitoring chips in each box substation and connecting them to the temporary electricity supply management platform.Finally,through practical application in the underground transportation hub and supporting engineering projects in the southern area of Pudong Airport,the value of utilizing information technology for temporary power safety management and energy consumption management of mega hub projects is explored.
