摘要
依托天津地铁Z4线大沽船厂站地下连续墙穿越深层人防通道施工案例,创新提出人防通道处理技术,即在地下连续墙槽段内采用成槽机抓除人防通道顶板上方覆土、成槽机结合旋挖钻机清障、挖机及人工配合回填压实至原地面,槽段外两侧人防通道各设置一段长度约为5m的封堵墙,封堵墙的两端头灌注砂石封堵,中间的空腔灌注砂浆。结果表明:地下连续墙施工成槽和成墙质量合格。人防通道处理技术的成功应用,可为类似工程提供参考。
Based on the construction case of the underground diaphragm wall crossing deep civil air defense tunnel at Dagu Shipyard Station of Tianjin Metro Line Z4,the civil air defense tunnel treatment technology is proposed innovatively,which involves using a slot forming machine to remove the soil above the top plate of civil air defense tunnel in the underground diaphragm wall slot section,using a slot forming machine combined with a rotary diling machine to clear obstacles,and excavators and manual cooperation to backfill and compact to the original ground.A section of approximately 5 m blocking wall is set up on each side of the civil air defense tunnel outside the slot section,the two ends of the blocking wall are sealed with sand and gravel,and the middle cavity is filled with mortar.The results indicate that the quality of slot and wall construction of underground diaphragm wall is qualified.The successful application of civil air defense tunnel processing technology can provide reference for similar projects.
