摘要
为消除严寒地区冬季大体积冰体对抽水蓄能电站的不良影响,该文设计、制备一种碎冰球,研究碎冰球表观密度、直径对碎冰效果的影响,以及表层材料水接触角和吸水率对冰粘度强度的影响。结果表明,碎冰球表观密度为0.88~0.96 g/cm3,直径为冰层厚度1.2~2.0倍时,碎冰效果良好;碎冰球表层材料的水接触角越大,其冰粘度附强度越低,在该试验选用的表层材料范围内,接触角大于60°时的冰粘度强度小于0.15 MPa;为避免吸水率过高导致冰粘度强度增大,表层材料吸水率应小于0.1%。
In order to eliminate the adverse effect of large volume ice body on pumped storage power station in severe cold area in winter,a kind of crushed ice ball was designed and prepared in this paper.The effects of apparent density and diameter of ice puck on ice crushing effect,and the effects of surface material water contact angle and water absorption on ice viscosity strength were studied.The results show that the ice crushing effect is good when the apparent density of the ice ball is 0.88~0.96 g/cm3 and the diameter is 1.2~2.0 times the thickness of the ice layer,the larger the water contact angle of the surface material of the ice ball is,the lower the ice viscosity strength is,and in the range of the surface material selected in this experiment,the ice viscosity strength is less than 0.15 MPa when the contact angle is more than 60°.In order to avoid the increase of ice viscosity strength caused by excessive water absorption,the water absorption of the surface material should be less than 0.1%.
