摘要
随钻声波测井技术经历了从测量地层纵波时差、横波时差到井周方位速度成像等阶段,发展到现在呈现逐步代替常规电缆声波测井的趋势。随钻声波测井的测量环境比较特殊,在钻井的同时完成测井工作,减少了地层暴露的时间,往往不受钻井液侵入的影响,较电缆声波测井相比有很多优势。随钻声波测井较电缆声波测井在方法及应用研究上有较大不同。偶极子电缆声波测井理论不适用于随钻条件下地层横波速度测量;随钻仪器偏心严重会影响斯通利波速度,地层各向异性对偶极子电缆声波测井和四极子随钻声波测井的影响及其校正方法均有所不同。在调研大量文献基础之上,对随钻声波测井技术的发展历程进行回顾与分析,总结该技术在理论研究、隔声技术、换能器和测井资料应用等方面的进展;重点介绍国际上有代表性的随钻声波测井仪器发展历程、工作原理及优劣性;阐明随钻声波测井方法的优越性及其发展的必然性,并展望其未来可能的发展方向及趋势。
Acoustic logging while drilling(SWD)technologies have been a trend to replacement of the conventional wireline sonic logging(WL),from compressional and shear velocity measurement to the radial velocity profile measurement in different azimuth.The measurement environment of SWD is special,and the logging work is completed while drilling,which reduces the time of formation exposure.Therefore,the SWD is often not affected by drilling fluid invasion,and it has many advantages compared with the WL.At the same time,the SWD is quite different from WL in terms of methods and application research.For example,dipole cable acoustic logging theory is not suitable for the measurement of formation shear wave velocity while drilling.Eccentricity of drilling tool will affect stoneley wave velocity.And the influence of formation anisotropy on SWD and WL are different,and their correction methods are different too.We review and analyze the development of acoustic SWD based on a large number of references.The development of SWD basic theory,isolator and sensor technology,and data application are summarized.Acoustic SWD tools were taken to illustrate the development of instrumentation,and explained the advantage and inevitability the of acoustic SWD technology development.The possible developing tendency and directions in future are also analyzed.
