摘要
“双一流”战略决策和《关于加强医学教育创新发展的指导意见》对医药类院校的创新人才培养、科研创新、社会服务等都提出了更高的目标和要求。高校的科研实验室建设是实现以上目标的最重要载体,也使得高校科研实验室的安全建设成为高校工作的重中之重。通过文献查阅,梳理了目前高校科研实验室安全建设与管理现状和存在的问题,结合国外高校实验室安全建设成功经验和江苏省麻醉学国家重点实验室(培育点)的建设和管理经验,从“五位一体”管理模式构建、全流程闭环安全管理体系建设、安全管理制度执行与监督、专业化队伍建设、标准化实验室建设与配套等5个方面提出安全建设建议,为地方医药院校科研实验室的安全建设与管理提供借鉴。
Both the Strategy of First-class Universities and Disciplines and the Guidance of Strengthening Innovative Development of Medical Education put forward higher goals and requirements for medical and pharmaceutical institutes to conduct the talent cultivation,scientific innovation,social service,etc.Scientific research laboratories serve as an indispensable carrier to realized the above objectives,and thus the safety construction of such laboratories has become the top priority of university and college work.Based on the literature review,this paper uncovers existing problems and analyzes the causes in the safety construction and management of scientific research laboratories.Combined with the safety construction and management methods in foreign laboratories and the successful experience from Jiangsu Province State Key Laboratory Cultivation Base of Anesthesiology in Xuzhou Medical University,it puts forward safety building suggestions from such five perspectives as the construction of“Five-in-one”management mode,the construction of whole process closed-loop safety management system,the implementation and supervision of safety regulations,professional team building and standardized laboratory design and construction,hoping to provide references for the safety construction and management of scientific research laboratories in local medical and pharmaceutical institutes.
