摘要
为了实现实验室安全隐患管理知识共享,及增强实验室安全管理决策能力,研究事件本体模型在实验室安全隐患管理中的应用。基于事件本体理论,结合文献分析法和专家经验法,抽象出实验室安全隐患管理本体模型的3个上层事件类,分析事件关系、事件要素等,利用SWRL规则语言定义了推理决策规则集,实现了实验室安全隐患管理事件本体知识库的构建。以某次日常安全管理活动为例,利用本体模型对该次活动进行知识表达及推理决策,验证了模型的知识表达能力和推理决策能力。实践证明,该本体模型能够有效表达实验室安全隐患管理知识,实现了安全隐患管理自动化决策,降低了实验室安全隐患管理知识的认知成本,提高了安全管理队伍的决策能力。
To bring the knowledge sharing of laboratory safety management into execution and strengthen the capability of laboratory safety management decision,the ontology theory was studied in this paper with a view to achieve the aforementioned goals.On the basis of ontology theory along with the literature analysis method and the expert experience method,the upper event class for the ontology model of laboratory safety management was generated,for the use of factor analysis and relations analysis.Then the inference decision rule base was defined by using semantic web rule language(SWRL),thereby the ontology repository could be constructed based on the ontology model and the inference decision rule base.Finally the ontology model of laboratory safety management was applied to an ordinary safety management event to corroborate the ability of knowledge express and inference decision,which was confirmed in this experiment that the proposed ontology model is good at knowledge representation and decision making,which also goes for cognitive cost reduction and decision-making capacity improvement in laboratory safety management scenario.
