摘要
结合目前市场“低氮燃烧器+烟气外循环”主流超低氮燃烧技术,提出了锅炉本体结构匹配性、e-FGR烟气外循环技术及控制技术一体化解决方案,有效解决了锅壳内燃燃气锅炉NO_(x)超低排放的技术问题,满足市场和环保要求。
Combined with the mainstream ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology of“low nitrogen combustion burn-er+external flue gas circulation”in the current market,an integrated solution of proper boiler structure matching,external flue gas recirculation(e-FGR)and control technology is proposed,which effectively solves the technical problem of ultralow NO_(x) emission of WNS gas-fired shell boiler and meets the market and enviromental protection requirements.
