摘要
介绍了高压变频器结构及工作原理,分析了功率单元在高压变频器中的重要作用,对功率单元的各种旁路技术进行了对比,对高压变频器的功率单元进行自动旁路功能升级为带中性点漂移技术的快速自动旁路技术后,将极大地提高变频器运行的可靠性,减少了变频器功率单元故障后的维修时间,保证了生产系统的顺行。
The article introduces the structure and working principle of high-voltage frequency converter,analyzes the important role of power unit in high-voltage frequency converter,compares all the bypass technology of power unit and upgrades the automatic bypass function of high-voltage frequency converter power units to fast automatic bypass technology with neutral point drift technology.This will greatly improve the reliability of frequency converter operation and reduce maintenance time after frequency converter power unit failure,ensuring the smooth operation of the production system.
