摘要
目的观察痉挛型脑瘫患儿采用穴位注射结合疏通矫正手法治疗的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月至12月河北省儿童医院神经康复科收治的105例痉挛型脑瘫患儿为研究对象,采用随机抽签法进行分组。实验组(52例)采用穴位注射结合疏通矫正手法治疗,对照组(53例)给予常规训练治疗,对比两组患儿的临床效果。结果实验组治疗后粗大运动功能、日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后下肢痉挛肌群(左腓肠肌、右腓肠肌、左内收肌、右内收肌)表面肌电图均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痉挛型脑瘫患儿采用穴位注射结合疏通矫正手法治疗,可改善患儿运动功能,提高生活自理能力,降低下肢痉挛肌群肌张力。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with dredging correction techniques in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 105 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the Department of Neurological Rehabilitation of Hebei Children’s Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and and grouped using the random draw method.The experimental group(52 cases)was treated with acupoint injection combined with dredging and correction techniques,while the control group(53 cases)was given routine training methods to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of gross motor function and activity of daily living in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the surface electromyography of the spastic muscles(left gastrocnemius,right gastrocnemius,left adductor,and right adductor)of the lower limbs in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy,acupoint injection combined with dredging correction techniques can improve their motor function,improve their self-care ability,and reduce the muscle tone of lower limb spa stic muscles.
