摘要
为提升产品制造效率及电气自动化控制的稳定性,介绍了电气自动化控制技术的主要类型,以大棒生产线控制系统为例,分析了电气自动化控制技术在机械制造中的应用。指出了影响电气自动化控制可靠性的因素,包括人员专业性不足,管理体制不完善,元器件质量不达标,环境不良。提出了提升电气自动化控制可靠性的措施:合理选择材料,应用柔性自动化技术,提升人工操作控制水平,应用保护设施,提升元器件质量,控制作业环境,以提升产品质量,保障电气自动化控制效果。
In order to improve the efficiency of product manufacture and the stability of electric automatization control,the study introduces the main types of electric automatization control technology,takes large stick production line control system as an example,analyzes the application of electric automatization control technology in machine manufacturing,and points out the influencing factors of electric automatization control,including insufficient professionalism of the staff,imperfect management system,substandard quality of components and parts,and adverse environment.Then the study proposes the countermeasures to improve the reliability of electric automatization control,i.e.to rationally select materials,apply flexible automization technology,improve manual operation control level,apply protection facilities,improve the quality of components and parts,and control operating environment,so as to improve production quality,and ensure the effect of electrical automation control.
