NiCo/PVP/SiO_(2)的合成及其丙烷脱氢催化性能

摘要 以硅酸四乙酯和过渡金属盐(NiCl_(2)、CoCl_(2))为原料,采用水热法合成了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)表面改性纳米SiO_(2)球负载Ni、Co的双金属催化剂,并研究了反应温度、双金属比例、催化剂用量对丙烷脱氢催化性能的影响。结果表明,双金属n(Ni)∶n(Co)=1∶5、w(催化剂)=3%、t=500℃,丙烯选择性达到最高76.23%;t=650℃,丙烷转化率达到最高65.38%。 Bimetallic catalysts containing Ni and Co supported by PVP surface modified nano silica balls were synthesized by hydrothermal method using tetraethyl silicate and transition metal salt(NiCl_(2),CoCl_(2))as raw materials.The effects of reaction temperature,bimetallic ratio and catalyst dosage on the catalytic performance of propane dehydrogenation were investigated.As a result,when the molar ratio of bimetallic Ni and Co is 1∶5 and the amount of catalyst is 3%,the selectivity of propylene reaches the highest 76.23%at 500℃.When the reaction temperature is 650℃,the maximum propane conversion is 65.38%.
