摘要
静电纺微纳米纤维应用场景广泛且具有良好的功能扩展性,但机械性能有待提升,镶嵌结构微纳米纤维/短纤维复合纱线能有效地结合微纳米纤维和传统短纤维的优势,兼具优异的机械性能和功能性,提高了纺织品的附加值。文章分析了镶嵌结构复合纱线的设计原理,阐述了连续成网和跨尺度纤维均匀镶嵌技术难点,并介绍了基于镶嵌纺技术开发的系列功能性复合纱线,展望了镶嵌纺技术未来将朝着多功能、绿色化的方向发展。
Electrospun micro-nano fibers have a wide range of applications and good functional scalability,but their mechanical properties need to be improved.While inlaid submicron fiber/staple composite yarns,which combine the advantages of submicron fibers and staple,boast excellent mechanical properties and functionality with increased added value.The paper analyzes the design principles of inlaid composite yarns,elucidates the technical difficulties of continuous web forming and uniform mixing of fibers across scales,introduces a series of functional composite yarns by inlaid spinning,and looks forward to the future development of inlaid spinning toward multifunctionality and greenization.
