摘要
目的:观察超声刀对腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术术后应激及康复进程的影响。方法:100例腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者均分为超声刀组和电刀组,比较两组围术期指标、应激指标及并发症。结果:超声刀组术中出血量、游离时间、后下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、引流管留置时间、术后住院时间、总引流量,术后3dNeu%、WBC、CRP、IL-6及并发症发生率均小于电刀组,淋巴结清扫数量大于电刀组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术采用超声刀可减轻术后应激,加快康复进程。
Objective:To observe the effect of ultrasonic scalpel on the stress and rehabilitation process after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods:100 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical rectal cancer were divided into ultrasonic knife group and electric knife group,Compare the perioperative indicators,stress indicators and complications.Results:The intraoperative bleeding volume,free time,postoperative ambulation time,anal exhaust time,indwelling time of drainage tube,postoperative hospital stay,total drainage volume,levels of Neu%,WBC,CRP,and IL-6 at 3 d after surgery and incidence rates of complications in ultrasonic scalpel group were less or shorter than those in electric scalpel group,and the count of lymph node dissection was greater than that in electric scalpel group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer can relieve the postoperative stress and speed up the rehabilitation process.
